Mika Jantunen is a founding partner and CEO at Intolead with extensive experience working alongside C-suite executives and management teams. With over 20 years of expertise, he has successfully led complex change projects in the B2B sector across Finland, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As a seasoned Sales and Executive Coach, Entrepreneur, and Leader, Mika specializes in agile strategy, information and insight processes, business development, CxO-level sales, customer interaction, market-centric growth, and internationalization services. Before co-founding Intolead, Mika owned and managed several companies. He is also actively involved in a non-profit initiative supporting children from disadvantaged communities in South Africa.
